On January 17, President Xi Jinping will begin a state visit to Myanmar. Prior to his visit, he published a signed article "Continued to Write a New Chapter in the Friendship of the Thousand Years of Cellular Friendship" in three Myanmar mainstream media, and mentioned "Cellular" several times.
The reporter noticed that two of the Burmese newspapers, "Light of Burma" and "Mirror," used the term "Rimiao cell waves" in the Burmese version.
This "escalation" also reflects the high expectations of various circles in Myanmar for President Xi's first visit in the new year.
In China's diplomatic layout, the periphery is the first. When meeting with Myanmar leaders, President Xi defined China-Myanmar relations as four "goods": good neighbors, good friends, good cells, and good partners.

At the beginning of the reform and opening up, Li Mou's translation of "The History of Liuli Palace" is a historical book called "Every household in Burma should be treasured". There is a legend: After the Dragon King family fell in love with the sun god prince, they gave birth to A dragon egg. A golden egg turned into a ruby mine in Myanmar; a white egg gave birth to a man and became a brilliant king in the history of Myanmar; as for the last green egg, it is said that now in Dali, Yunnan, a daughter was born.
Although it is a legend, it also reflects the Burmese's identification with China and Myanmar.

[Love each other infinitely, drink a river of water]
President Xi specifically mentioned in Premier Zhou Enlai's 9 visits to Myanmar in his signed article. When he met with Myanmar's Minister of State Aung San Suu Kyi in April 2019, he quoted the poem "Drink a river of water" from "Gift to Burmese Friends" made by Chen Yi when he accompanied Zhou En to visit Myanmar.
There is also a phrase "the power of peace" in the poem. Zhou Enlai visited India and Myanmar in 1954. The three countries jointly advocated the five principles of peaceful coexistence, which became a major initiative in the history of international relations.
The story continues. In recent years, high-level exchanges between the two countries have been close. Myanmar leaders have visited China many times, and President Xi specially arranged meetings between the two sides on multilateral occasions during his visit. Meet again and again, the connotation of "cell wave" is constantly enriched.

"Mui Miao" is the meaning of relatives, let the "Bobo" relationship be closer. In August 2016, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi visited China for the first time as a State Secretary of Myanmar. There is a sentence in the joint press release of the two countries that "the two sides highly value the friendship between China and Myanmar". At the time, Burmese-Burmese newspapers used the term "Rimiao cell waves" when reporting this sentence.
President Xi repeatedly mentioned the "Community of Destiny" to the leaders of Myanmar, giving deeper meaning to the "cell wave" relationship. The main point of President Xi ’s visit to Myanmar is precisely to build a community of shared destiny for China and Myanmar and start a new era of China-Myanmar relations.
