They only need to bring a citizen card when going out, and these functions will be “installed” together.
Yesterday, the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Affairs held a press conference to announce the highlights of the work in the human resources and social sector in 2019 and the work plan for 2020. Director Wu Xinkui revealed at the meeting that the Xiamen Citizen Card (physical card) is expected to be officially issued in the first quarter of next year, at which time the citizens will be able to achieve "one card in hand and travel all over Xiamen".
Earlier, Xiamen launched the Xiamen Citizen Card App in December 2017, which is the first mobile application client launched in the country based on the credit service model and in accordance with the city's unified two-dimensional code technical specifications. Citizens can download the Xiamen Citizen Card APP with their mobile phones and register online to get an exclusive virtual citizen card.
All kinds of talents will be stored in the "Treasury"
In 2020, Xiamen will also establish a dynamic and real-time database of talent information.
Relying on the existing employment and unemployment registration system, in the future, every person who works in Xiamen will be included in the talent information database, and its relevant education, work experience, job title and other information will be included in it. In simple terms, this database can give each person a "portrait", and the information it contains will be more complete and full than the existing personnel files.
The person in charge of Xiamen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau said that at present, this database has been started. It is estimated that after 3-5 years of construction, all personnel-related data can be extracted from the talent information database. For subsidies and housing, you don't need to provide proof materials anymore, everything is already in the database.
At the government level, with such a database and data sharing between departments, it can achieve full coverage of all employment methods and employees, and it will be more accurate when formulating policies and pushing services.
Statistics Xiamen introduced 58123 talents this year
As of the end of December this year, a total of 58,123 talents had been introduced from various channels in Xiamen.
Among them, 50,781 graduates from colleges and universities that have entered Xiamen University or above, 5,837 mature talents, and 1,505 overseas students, all hit new highs.
The number of foreign students brought in increased by 21.4% year-on-year, of which 265 were doctors, accounting for 17.6%, a year-on-year increase of 47.22%; 985 masters, accounting for 65.4%, a year-on-year increase of 11.04%, all hitting a record high.
At the end of December, the city registered 160,600 enterprises in the employment management system and registered 228,600 employees, of which 609,900 were registered in the city and 1.6,080 were registered in the city.
